Interim Application has been preferred for extension of time by a period of four weeks for passing of the order, as directed by order of this Court dated 7th May, 2024.

By order dated 7th May, 2024, this Court had directed the Authority to pass an appropriate order within six weeks. It is stated that due to extensive administrative commitment, the order could not be passed within a period of six weeks and extension of time is sought by period of four weeks.
