Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and learned counsel for Respondent No.21.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicants that the first appeal is dismissed for non removal of office objections, and there is delay for 4 days for filing this application for restoration of appeal. Hence, requested to allow the application. Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

Learned counsel for Respondent No.21 strongly objected to allow the application.

I have heard both learned counsel. Perused the order dated 5th December, 2024 passed by the Registrar Judicial - II. 6.
By this order, learned Registrar had given an opportunity to the Appellant to remove office objection within a period of two weeks failing which the registration would stand refused. 7.
Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, the delay for 4 days for filing the application is allowed and disposed of.

The order dated 5th December, 2024 passed by the learned Registrar Judicial - II is quashed and set side. 9.
The Appeal is restored to file.
10.
The Applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of three weeks from today.
