Interim Application has been preferred seeking extension of stay which was granted by this Court by order dated 18th November, 2024 while disposing of the writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 makes a statement that till the first hearing before the Appellate Authority, no steps will be taken for execution of order. He would further submit that the copy of the appeal was not served upon him and he was not informed about the stage of the proceedings before the Appellate Authority.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.3 has fairly conceded that he Sairaj 1 of

502 IA-15820-2024.doc will not execute the order till the first date of hearing before the Appellate Authority. It was expected of the Applicants to furnish the copy of the Appeal upon the Respondent which is stated to have been filed in November 2024 itself. Let copy of the appeal be served upon Respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today. The date of hearing to be intimated by the Applicants to Respondent No.3 well-inadvance. It is made clear that if there is no service of Appeal and no intimation of date of hearing, the order of extension granted by this Court will stand vacated.
