Suit No. 2605 of 2008. Leave granted.

The appellants/original plaintiffs are at liberty to challenge the order dated 22nd July 2014 in Notice of Motion No. 3834 of 2013 in L.C. Suit No. 2605 of 2008 by adopting appropriate proceedings as permissible in law. The appellants/Original plaintiffs are at liberty to rely upon the period of pendency of this appeal for seeking condonation of delay if any, in adopting appropriate proceedings.

The rival contention in respect of the same are kept open. 4.

The applicants in Interim Application No. 15824 of 2024, are granted leave to withdraw the application with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings as permissible in law. Leave granted. 5.
