On 11th March 2026, none appeared for the Appellant and therefore, the matter was placed for dismissal on 18th March 2026. On 18th March 2026, Mr. Gogte, learned Counsel appeared for the Appellant and after tendering an unconditional apology for not remaining present, informed the Court that parties were exploring settlement. 2.
Accordingly, the matter was adjourned to today for filing the Consent Terms.

Today again, none appears for the Appellant. Mr. Purway, learned Counsel appears for Respondent nos. 1 to 3 and tenders a copy of the Consent Terms dated 17th February 2025, executed between the parties and ------------------------------------- Order dated 8th April 2026
