We have perused the explanation filed in the Application for default on the part of the Applicant/Petitioner. Also heard submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

Mr Mane, learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that he would have no objection, if the Writ Petition is restored to file. 4.

In view of the above and considering the submissions made on behalf of the Applicant/Writ Petitioner, we allow the prayer made in the Interim Application. The order dated 19th December 2023 is, therefore, recalled. consequently, the Writ Petition stands restored to its original file.
