Heard on Interim Application No. 15902 of 2024. 2.

This Interim Application seeks condonation of delay in filing the present application and restoration of the PIL, which was dismissed vide order dated 15th March, 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I).

For the reasons assigned in the application, the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned and the order

4-IA-15902-2024 dated 15th March, 2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside. PIL Stamp No. 27666 of 2022 is restored to file. 4.

However, we make it clear that in the event the Petitioner does not remove office objections within a period of two weeks from the date of this order being uploaded, the PIL shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
