1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 15740 of 2024, which was dismissed for non removal of office objections in furtherance of Order dated 2nd September 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I).

There is a delay of 91 days in filing present Application. 2) Mr. Apte, learned senior counsel appearing for Applicant submitted that, for condonation of said delay the Applicant will pay a cost of 1/2

The said statement is accepted. 3) Subject to payment of the aforesaid cost within the stipulated period as noted above, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b).

4) Applicant is directed to remove office objections, if not removed till today, within a period of two weeks from the date of payment of cost to the said Library.
