In view of the submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, we are inclined to allow the application. The order dated 6th September 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judl-I) in the aforesaid Writ Petition is quashed and set aside. The Petition is restored to its original number, subject to removal of the office objections within a period of 3 weeks from today.
