For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

The order dated 12th February, 2024 dismissing the Civil Revision Application (St.) No.34187 of 2023 for non-removal of office objections stands set aside.

Civil Revision Application (St.) No.34187 of 2023 stands restored to file subject to the applicant removing the office objections within a period of three weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

5.

In the event the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, this order shall stand vacated and Civil Revision Application dismissed without further reference to the Court. Application disposed.
