This is an application for permission to delete name of Respondent No.2 from the array of parties. It is stated in the application that according to bailiff report, Respondent No.2 has died and his legal heirs are on record as Respondent Nos.3 to 7. 3.

Considering the said averments, the application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to delete Respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today. 4.
