This Interim Application is taken out by the original Respondent No.6 seeking direction to the original Applicant in Civil Revision Application No.120 of 2013 to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent Nos.2F, 2E and 2G. 2.

Both the learned Counsel state that the Interim Application be allowed by consent.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d).

The original Applicant in Civil Revision Application No.120 of 2013 shall carry out the amendment in Civil Revision Application within a period of 14 days from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
