The Learned Advocate has taken out present Interim Application to serve Respondent 6A to 6C by way of substituted service. As per office note, notice issued to Respondent 6A is returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 25/11/2024, "Found locked, inquiry with neighbour, she reported that she do not know anything about said respondent.". Notices issued to respondent nos. 6B and 6C are returned with Bailiff's remark dt. 25/11/2024, "Respondent No. 6B not found and not residing at given address

and could not give certain information about respondent no. 6C.

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware about new addresses. Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent 6A to 6C by way of substituted service.

Addresses of Respondent 6A to 6C mentioned in the above notice is same as mentioned in Interim Application No. 11617 of 2024.

In turn, Interim Application No. 16035 of 2024 for substituted service is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), returnable by 10 weeks.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect copy of Publication Notice from the department within within two weeks and thereafter, publish the same in the newspaper within 04 weeks and file published copy of newspaper within 10 weeks from the date of this order. The learned advocate is directed to do all the exercise within 10 weeks from the date of this order.
