Interim Application has been preferred seeking permission to serve sole Respondent by substituted service by publication in English newspaper 'Times of India' and Marathi newspaper 'Maharashtra Times' under Order V, Rule 20 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

Office noting indicates that the notice issued to sole Respondent has been returned unserved by Bailiff's remarks that the said address building has been demolished long ago and whereabouts of Respondent is not known.

In light of the above, the Interim Application is allowed. The Applicant to serve Respondent by substituted service by publication of notice in English newspaper 'Times of India' and Marathi newspaper 'Maharashtra Times'.
