This is an Application for restoration of the Petition which came ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections by a common order ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.28 11:04:56 +0530 dated 11th August 2023.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of four weeks. 4.

(i) The order dated 11th August 2023 stands recalled. (ii) The Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 97719 of 2020 stands restored to file subject to the petitioner complying with office objections within a period of four weeks.

(iii) In the event, the office objections are not complied with within a period of four weeks, this order shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 97719 of 2020 stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
