In response to the direction issued by the Court on 15th April, 2024, an application for amendment to be filed by specifically pleading that the Respondent No. 1 Private Ltd Company established under the Companies Act, 1956 is amenable to Writ Jurisdiction and the prayer in the Petition is for enforcing the order passed by Respondent No. 7, directing the Respondent No. 1 to reinstate the Petitioner with immediate effect.

Before we consider the amendment, we expect the Respondent No. 7 who is represented by Assistant Government Pleader to file its reply, clarifying as to what role it play qua Respondent No. 1 to 6.

Let the affidavit be filed on or before 30th January, Re-notify to 5th February, 2025.
