This Application has been filed for seeking amendment. However, this Court passed an order on 3th January, 2025 expecting Respondent No.7 to file an Affidavit-in-Reply, before the Application for amendment is to be considered.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner concedes that papers were served belatedly on the Authorities. Respondent No.7 is present in the Court and submits that an Affidavit-in-Reply would be filed on or before 21st February, 2025.

We find that the ends of justice would be met by allowing the Petitioner to amend the Petition which is at a pre-notice stage. An opportunity to the Respondents to file a composite Affidavit-in-Reply can surely be granted.

In view of the above, the Interim Application is allowed to the extent of permitting the Petitioner to amend the Petition in terms of the proposed amendment. Amendment be carried out on or before 20th February, 2025. 5.

Leave to correct the description of the Respondent Nos.2 to 6, by deleting their names. Deletion be carried out forthwith.

After the amendment is made in the Petition in the light of the order passed on the Interim Application, Office to issue

notice to the Respondents, in the Writ Petition, returnable on 19th March, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.7.

All office objections to be removed on or before 24th February, 2025, failing which, the Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 25th February, 2025. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
