In these appeals, the appellants have assailed the validity of the order dated 10th January, 2022 passed by the City Civil Court, Mumbai by which leave to defend filed by the appellants has been dismissed. A Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 9th January, 2023 has admitted the appeals and by an order dated 30th January, 2023 had directed the appellants to pay a sum of Rs.9 lakh and Rs.8 lakh respectively, which has been deposited in the Registry. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants pray for adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel is not available. 3.

List on 12th February, 2025.
