Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased-Respondent Nos.2A to 2C. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that no notice was given of the date of death of Respondent Nos.2A to 2C and thus, the same came to the knowledge of the Appellants by reason of service report. He submits that as such, death certificate is not available and the exact date of death is not to the knowledge of the Appellants.

Issue notice to the proposed-Respondent Nos.2A1, 2B1 and 2C1, returnable after a period of three weeks. 4.

In addition to Court notice, the Applicants are permitted to serve the proposed-Respondent Nos.2A1, 2B1 and 2C1 by private notice by all permissible modes of service and to file affidavit of service before the next date.
