Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the judgment and order dated 6th August 2024 passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that entire decretal amount along with interest has already been deposited. She submits that the Respondents have been served through private notice and affidavit of service has been filed. None appears for the Respondents.

As the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest is stated to have been deposited, there shall be ad-interim relief staying the operation of judgment and order dated 6th August 2024 till the next date.
