The Writ Petition is yet to be admitted. This is an Interim Application seeking amendment of the Petition in regard to addition of parties. Mr. Satchit Bhogle, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the amendment was necessary on account of certain subsequent developments. 2.

Accordingly, we allow the Interim Application and grant the Petitioner leave to amend the Petition and add the parties.

Amendment must be carried out within one week and amended copy of the Petition must be serve upon the Respondents including the Respondents that are now newly impleaded. Mr. Deolekar, learned AGP waives service on behalf of 4th Respondent i.e. State of Maharashtra. 4.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that steps will be taken to ensure that all the Respondents including 2nd Respondent is served by the next date. 5.

Accordingly, place the Petition for final disposal at the admission stage on 3 October 2025.
