Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application to bring legal representatives of Respondent No.4 who has passed away.

It appears that Respondent No.4 has passed away on 1 May 2023. Respondent Nos.4A to 4D are stated to be the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.4.

For the reasons assigned in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

The applicants are permitted to amend the application so as to implead Respondent Nos.4A to 4D.

6.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks SSP 1/2

40 ia 16212 of 2024.doc from the date of uploading of this order.

7.

Issue notice to the newly added Respondent Nos.4A to 4D, returnable on 29 January 2025.

8.

Interim Application stands disposed.

9.

Interim protection granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
