Mr. Jagtap, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that SLP filed challenging the order dated 4 March 2025 has been rejected by the Supreme Court on 25 April 2025. He submits that his client has specifically instructed him to make a statement that the entire amount including the cost would be deposited/paid within a period of three weeks from today. He further submits that all the Harish

4-IA-16233-2024.doc formalities with regard to opening of a joint account of the wife and daughter would be completed within a period of three weeks from today. Submissions of the applicant are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.
