The Review Petition has been filed seeking review of order dated 31st July, 2024. Though various grounds have been taken in the Review Petition, learned counsel for Review Petitioner confines his relief to an additional direction in respect of the deposited amount as set out in Paragraph No. 28 of the order.

Learned counsel for Review Petitioner submits that the amount Sairaj 1 of

46 RPIA-3-2025.doc which has been deposited along with accrued interest ought to have been transferred to the office of Deputy Registrar, however, inadvertently, the direction of transfer of accrued interest remained to be included.

Learned counsel appearing for original Petitioner-Respondent No. 1 has no objection to the additional direction being issued. 4.

In light of above, Paragraph No. 28 to be corrected as under: "With the consent of both the parties, the amount which has been deposited in this Court along with accrued interest is directed to be transferred to the office of the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, K-East ward, Mumbai. The disbursement of the said amount will be subject to the outcome of recovery application."
