DATED : 10th November, 2025 On 15th September, 2025 following order was passed : " 1. We are inclined to hear the appeal in the week commencing from 22/09/2025.

2. Criminal Application (APPA) No.474/2024 is accordingly disposed of.

3. If the appeal is not decided within two months from today, the appellant is at liberty to file application afresh." 2.

As could be seen we have shown inclination to hear the appeal and accordingly application for suspension of sentence was disposed of with liberty to file the application afresh if appeal is not decided within two months.

3.

Thus we expected cooperation from the appellant to get the appeal decided expeditiously. However, the counsel is not ready and seeks time.

4.

List the appeal after four weeks without the advantage mentioned in the order dated 15/09/2025.
