Leave is granted to the applicant to convert the said application into appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Leave is also granted to the present applicant to add the informant as a necessary party.

The informant is present before the Court and he requested for legal aid.

Learned Counsel Mr. Amol Hunge present before the Court, and is appointed to represent the informant.
