44-Cr.APPEAL-595-2025 CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 470 OF 2025:- This Court, by order dated 03/12/2025, allowed the appeal subject to cost of Rs.50,000/-, which is to be deposited within four weeks. An amount of Rs.25,000/- was directed to be deposited with Library of Bar Association, High Court, Nagpur and Rs.25,000/- be given to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur, however, amount of Rs.50,000/- was not deposited, therefore, the matter was listed today.
