Heard learned Counsel for the appellant. Perused the impugned judgment as well as the depositions from which it reveals that 8 years girl was subjected for the sexual assault by the present applicant.

After going through the entire evidence and impugned judgment I have shown my disinclination to suspend the sentence and release the appellant on bail. 4.

Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to not press the same.
