By preferring this appeal, under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The appellant challenged the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge by which the application of the appellant for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. By considering the facts of the case, the appellant was protected by granting ad-interim protection. Today, the matter is fixed for the final disposal.

Learned APP informed that the appellant is not cooperating with the investigating agency. As per the investigation, at the relevant time, there was a CCTV Camera is installed in the Cabin of the appellant and as per the statement of the appellant it was out of order. Now it has been stated by the

(2) 36.apeal.584.2024 appellant that there is no CCTV camera installed. She submitted that it is complete a non-cooperation on the part of the appellant.

There is specific condition imposed by this Court while releasing the appellant on bail that he shall produce his mobile phone as well as shall cooperate with the investigating agency and also directed that he shall allow the Investigating Officer to collect the CCTV footage from his Clinic. In view of that the appellant shall cooperate with the investigating agency and the application will be considered finally after vacation.

Learned Counsel for the appellant shall also file an additional affidavit to that effect. 6.

Stand over after vacation.
