Heard learned counsel, Mr. S.D. Chande for the appellant to some extent. Perused the depositions and the impugned judgment, and I have shown my disinclination to suspend the sentence.

Considering the six-year-old girl subjected for sexual assault by the present appellant, who at the relevant time was aged about 65 years. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks not press the application with a request to expedite the appeal.

The permission is granted to not press the application. The criminal application is disposed of as not pressed.
