By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by Special Judge, Wardha rejecting the bail application of the present appellant.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the victim.

There are complaints as to the threatening of the witnesses by the present appellant. It is also placed before the Court that now the matter is already fixed for recording the evidence of the victim on 09.04.2025.

Considering the allegations of threatening this appeal can be decided after recording the evidence of the victim on 09.04.2025 before the trial Court.
