In pursuance of the service of notice, the respondent - Mr. Mangesh s/o Vitthalrao Chore was appeared before this Court on 07/04/2026 and filed reply. However, subsequently, he did not appear in the matter. 2.
The applicant - prosecution has filed present application and prayed for cancellation of bail granted on 21/02/2024 passed in Criminal Application (ABA) No.74/2024.

Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that the non-applicant is intentionally and deliberately avoiding to appear before this Court. Hence, in order to secure his presence, issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.10,000/- against the non-applicant - Mr. Mangesh s/o Vitthalrao Chore, returnable on 05/05/2026.

The concerned Police Inspector of Sawangi Meghe Police Station, Dist. Wardha shall ensure to serve the notice of bailable warrant to the non-applicantMr.Mangesh s/o Vitthalrao Chore and shall submit the report before this Court immediately.
