The Transfer Application was filed for transfer of Domestic Violence proceedings from Indapur to Pandharpur. This Court has granted an ad-interim relief on 13th February 2024. Satish Sangar 1/2

Now, both the parties have settled the dispute and Divorce Petition by mutual consent is filed. One of the terms is, withdrawal of this proceeding. Copy of that Petition is not possessed by learned Advocate for the Applicant-husband.

The Respondent, through her Advocate submitted that yet, the terms are not complied with. This can be agitated before the Court seized of that Divorce Petition.

This Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
