IN INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 4184 OF 2025:

For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the applicant has previously been permitted to travel abroad on 17 occasions, permission is hereby granted to the applicant to travel abroad from 5 December 2025 to 15 February 2026. The Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

For the aforesaid purpose, the applicant is permitted to retain the Passport till 15th February 2026. The applicant shall thereafter deposit the Passport with the concerned police station within a period of one week from 15th February 2026. 3.

Needless to mention that no adjournments will be sought in the pending divorce proceedings on the ground that the present applicant is not in India.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. IN CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 53 OF 2024:

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application before the Sessions Court for relaxation of condition/s. Leave as sought is granted. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

If such application is filed, the Sessions Court shall decide the said application on its own merits.

All contentions are kept open.
