These are three Applications filed by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence seeking cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted by Sessions Court, Panvel. They are listed before this Court today at serial No.60.

Considering the notice dated 04.02.2025, Registry shall immediately consider listing the present Applications before the appropriate Court in view of the roster. Ms. Punde has requested this Court that these Applications were filed as far back as on 22.12.2023 and 02.01.2024 and have not seen the light of the day till date. 5.

In that view of the matter, Registry shall place all these matters before the concerned Judicial Registrar (I) or (II) for making appropriate report.

Advocates will be at liberty to take this order and approach Registry.
