In view of the order dated 17th May, 2024, there shall no stay to the order dated 15th June, 2024 of issuing non-bailable warrant by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune till next date. 2) The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to place the order dated 17th May, 2024 and the copy of this order before the learned Additional Sessions Judge within seven days from today.
