The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the sole grievance of the applicant pertains to the learned Additional Sessions Judge's remark in the impugned order, characterising the the dispute as civil in nature. Upon perusal of the impugned order, it appears that these observations are prima facie and solely intended for the Sessions Court's consideration in the anticipatory bail application. The learned trial Court, guided by legal principles, will independently assess the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations in the impugned order.
