Mr. Rankhambe would submit that Applicant No.1 has filed twin proceedings under the DV Act and for non-compliance of maintenance order passed by the JMFC Court at Dadar. Respondent No.2 has simultaneously filed DV Act proceedings in the JMFC Court at Vasai.

Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 are mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Applicant No.2 is the daughter of Applicant No.1. Applicant No.3 is the husband of Applicant No.2. I have perused the Application and heard the inconvenience of the Applicants.

An arguable case is made out for issuance of notice. 5.
