Heard Mr. Rankhambe, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Tidke, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.

On 27th November, 2024 after hearing Mr. Rankhambe following order was passed:- "1.

Heard Mr. Rankhambe, learned Advocate for Applicants and Ms. Phad, learned APP for the State.

Mr. Rankhambe would submit that Applicant No.1 has filed twin proceedings under the DV Act and for non-compliance of maintenance order passed by the JMFC Court at Dadar. Respondent No.2 has simultaneously filed DV Act proceedings in the JMFC Court at Vasai.

Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 are mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Applicant No.2 is the daughter of Applicant No.1.Applicant No.3 is the husband of Applicant No.2. I have perused the Application and heard the inconvenience of the Applicants. Respondent No.2 needs to be heard in the matter. 4.

An arguable case is made out for issuance of notice. 5.

Issue notice to Respondents. Humdast permitted. 6.

After receiving notice, Respondents are directed to take cognizance of this order and file their Affidavit-in-Reply on or

Stand over to 4th December 2024."

Today, when matter has been reached none appears for the Respondent No.2 i.e. the private Respondent who is the daughter-inlaw of the Applicant No.1. Her difficulty and inconvenience will be required to be represented and espoused before the Court. In that view of the matter, I appoint Ms. Ekta Patil, learned Advocate and Counsel practicing in this Court (Mobile No.9820550041) to represent and espouse the cause of the Respondent No.2.

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is hereby directed to appoint Ms. Ekta Patil, learned Advocate and Counsel practicing in this Court (Mobile No.9820550041) to represent and espouse the cause of the Respondent No.2 through the Legal Aid and give her appointment letter to that effect. 5.

Registry is directed to provide copy of the present Application to appointed Advocate Ms. Ekta Patil, within a period of one week from today.

The appointed Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.2 is directed to peruse the papers and be ready to address the Court on the next adjourned date.
