Heard learned Advocate for the Applicants - husband and inlaws. They want transfer of Domestic Violence proceeding from Bhoom Court to Pune Court. In Pune Court, a Petition for Restitution is pending.

My attention is invited to the service report on Page No.52. It mentions that the wife is not staying at Bhoom but she is staying at Hadapsar-Pune. The Applicants are not aware about the address at Pune.

At present, a notice has to be issued to the Respondents on the address mentioned in the title clause. Issue notice to them returnable on 28th November 2024.

The Applicants are at liberty to take the assistance of the Bhoom Court for issuing directions to the Respondents to furnish the correct address.

The Applicant Nos.2 and 3 are aged. They can seek exemption from the Bhoom Court.
