Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 seeks time to take instructions as regards the payment of a sum of Rs.25,000/- which was directed to be paid by this Court by way of maintenance to the Applicant. 3.

By way of indulgence, one week time is granted to the Respondent No.1 to pay the amount of Rs.25,000/- to the Applicant. 4.

In the event, the said amount is not paid, the Court would be constrained to pass appropriate orders.
