Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent has paid a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Applicant in terms of the order dated 27 June 2025. Learned Counsel for the Respondent further submitted that the learned Mediator has informed that the mediation sittings can be held on 12th and 13th August 2025.
