Ms. Anima Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant Talwalkar

901.APPLN180.2024.odt amongst other ground had raised the issue of the Respondent No. 2 avoiding the trial, thereby resulting in delay. She was pressing for cancellation of the bail on the said ground, on the last date of hearing.

Today Ms. Anima Mishra has filed an application dated 10th July, 2025 seeking leave to withdraw the present Application. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Paragraph-3 of the Application reads a under : "3.

Accordingly, I request to this Hon'ble Court to grant me permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh cancellation of bail before the sessions Court (POCSO Spl. Court, Pune)." 6.

Applicant is granted liberty to withdraw the present Application. In the event of any violation or breach of the bail condition, the Applicant is always at liberty to move the learned Trial Court. In the event such application is filed, the learned Trial Court to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No. 180 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
