These applications seek modification of a condition imposed by the Special Court under the MPID Act, Mumbai, while granting anticipatory bail to the applicants.

Since anticipatory bail applications arising from police stations outside Mumbai and Thane have been assigned to this Court, it appears that these applications are wrongly on board today.

Hence, removed from board with liberty to the applicants to move the appropriate bench.
