This is an application seeking relaxation/modification of bail conditions imposed by the Sessions Court. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, such onerous conditions could not have been imposed, as per law laid down by the Supreme Court. It is noticed that the original order is passed by the competent Court at Panvel.

Since this Court is assigned with bail applications only for the regions of Mumbai and Thane, it appears that this application is wrongly listed before this Court.
