Mr. Prasanna Malshe, APP for Respondent-State. CORAM : SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.

DATE : 7th MAY, 2025.

P.C. :

1.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for respondent-State.

2.

By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(d) imposed by order dated 16th January 2023 passed by this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed not to enter the area of the Solapur District except for the purpose of attending the trial. 3.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has stayed out of Solapur District since 2023. The applicant's family resides in Solapur District, hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that only six witnesses have remained to be examined. If the application is allowed, the applicant may influence the witnesses, hence, requested to reject the application.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the fact that since 2023 the applicant has stayed out of Solapur District and the applicant's family stays in Solapur District, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clause (d) of the order dated 16th January 2023 passed by this Court (Coram : M.S.Karnik, J.) is relaxed.

The interim application stands disposed of.
