This application takes exception to the order dated 20.10.2023 passed by the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2218 of 2023, by which the learned Additional Sessions Judge has granted anticipatory bail to the respondent No.1 herein. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned Additional Sessions Judge has granted anticipatory bail to the respondent No.1 on factually incorrect premise. Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

In that view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to file an application before the Sessions Court for cancellation of anticipatory bail.
