DATE : 8th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- After the matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the first informant agreed that both of them will approach the Court (Coram : Manish Pitale, J.) who had passed order on 4th October, 2024. Since the order dated 4th October, 2024 was passed by that Court, the learned counsel will approach that Court for clarification.

Since in order dated 4th October, 2024, a protective order was passed in favour of the applicants till the next date of the hearing, the same order be continued till the parties are able to seek clarification of the order dated 4th October, 2024.
