The learned counsel for the applicants informs this Court that in compliance with the order dated 04.10.2024, panchanama was conducted on 05.10.2024 and the machines referred to in the said order were indeed produced by the applicants. Copy of the panchanama is tendered. The same is taken on record.

The learned APP submits that today the officer is not available and that appropriate instructions would be necessary for further hearing in the matter.

In view of the above, list on 26th November, 2024, "High on Board."

The interim order granted earlier shall continue to operate till then.
