I have heard Mr. Jagtap and I find this is group of Applications. Two Criminal Applications are filed under Section 407 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the husband seeking transfer of proceedings filed by wife whereas one Miscellaneous Civil Application is filed by wife under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of Petition filed by her.

I see no reason as to why these Applications should be heard out of turn when there is a humongous pendency of previous Applications in this Court.
